If you suspect you may be in need of a Herbal FiberBlend to relieve the symptoms of constipation, you will be fascinated by this article and the important information it contains.
What Is Constipation And Why Is It Such A Challenge?
According to the National Institutes of Health in the US, “Constipation is defined as having a bowel movement fewer than three times per week.” Dr Norman Walker, in his book “Colon Health – The Key to a Vibrant Life!” suggests that “constipation is the number one issue underlying nearly every ailment.”
There is much opinion as to what is the normal frequency of bowel movements. For most people. Once a day would be the norm. Some say we should have a bowel motion as often as 3 times a day! The bottom line is that food should be processed within 12-24 hours of ingestion in a healthy digestive system.
Why Detox?
In his book, “Staying Healthy with Nutrition”, Elson Haas, M.D. defines a toxin simply as “any substance that creates irritating and/or harmful effects in the body, undermining our health or stressing our biochemical or organ functions”.
Build up of toxins in the bowel can lead to a condition called “autointoxication” where toxins trapped in the bowel walls seep back into the bloodstream and cause many illnesses. Dr Walker suggests that pimples are one of the first manifestations of this condition. Aiming for a good herbal fibre product may help eliminate bowel blockages, and reduce the possibility of toxemia.
Colon Cancer
According to the American Cancer Society, “1 in 19 Americans will contract Colon or Rectal cancer sometime in their lives”. According to the Bowel Cancer & Digestive Research Institute of Australia, “Colon Cancer is the second most common cause of death amongst Cancers in Australia”. While surgery can often help once you get cancer, perhaps we should be looking at prevention to avoid scenarios like colon bags replacing a part of the large intestine!
The Need For Fiber
Constipation is caused by waste material moving too slowly through the bowel causing painful and infrequent elimination. In most cases due to insufficient fiber in the diet. With today’s modern processed foods, and soda pop replacing water, most of us lack fiber and have an abundance of the stuff that creates colon problems.
A Herbal Fiber Blend
Combining the soluble fiber psyllium with a variety of cleansing herbs, Herbal Fiberblend provides a simple way to cleanse. This one product can achieve many of the actions necessary to maintain and regain a healthy bowel. You’ll find that using Herbal Fiberblend results in maintained digestive health and renewed energy. A variety of epidemiological (disease and population) studies have found that in populations with high-fiber diets, the incidences of colon cancer, appendicitis, and diverticulosis are very low. Industrialized countries, which largely have diets high in fat and low in fiber, have incidences of the diseases.
More Than Just Bulk
You can see that there are many herbal supplements added to enhance the effectiveness of any Fiber product. This is not just any old health food! The trick is to get the combination of the various ingredients right, something that takes much trial and error.
Teresa Schumacher created her Herbal Fiberblend formula 20 years ago, and it hasn’t changed much since, it has been such an effective product.

Real Stories From Real People
Here is just one person’s experience after using the formula for a short time.
“Hello John,
I started using AIM Herbal Fibre Blend probably a couple of weeks ago, I had received it quite a while ago but held off on using it because I had second thoughts, I wondered would this just be like the other things I had tried and be a waste of money. Anyway I started using it, it is possibly the worst tasting thing I have ever taken but it has been working, and I am amazed, really amazed. I used to be very constipated, very! So I will be staying on it for the three months like suggested to give my body the cleanse it needs. Thanks for this product and the time you took to talk to me that day on the phone”.
Kind Regards
Michelle Clark Esperance, WA
