My Personal Good Health Program

When you get to my age (58) you really do have to watch your health and wellness. It is funny when you are young, even up to 40 or more, you can retain reasonable health without too much diligence, or so it seems. The fact is that we age every day, and the speed of aging very much ahs to do with the decisions we make about our own wellness program.
One concept I really like is that of your primary health provider. If you want to meet him or her, look in the mirror! That’s right, you have a greater influence on your future health and well being than any Doctor or Naturopath. This is because it is the little things we do every day that contribute to the aging process.
So, what do I do to maintain my health and vitality?
First, I am not draconian, and I do plenty of things that I shouldn’t. However, I do plenty of other things that help!
We exercise regularly, in my case 4 times a week, with 2 visits to the gym and 2 nights of Tennis. Regular exercise is great to keep your lymph system working and maintain a healthy heart. You feel great after a hard workout, even though it takes discipline to do it!
I make a conscious attempt to relax. When I am feeling uptight, or things aren’t going the way I want, I tend to step back and take a break. Keeping your mind in a peaceful state allows you to hear the unconcsious messages that will guide you through life. It is very important to be able to relax.
Holidays Are Good Too!
Every few months, we go away for a short vacation. This maybe one or two days, or a visit to an exotic location where we can breathe fresh air and experience another side of life. When you work from how, getting away from the office occasionally is a bonus.
What Supplementation Do I take?
I follow a daily nutritional regime. Every morning I drink a cocktail of 1 oz of Essential Daily Nutrients, 7-10 drops of Agarigold and 10-15 drops of Natural Cellular Defense (Activated Liquid Zeolite). This supplies me with antioxidants, cellular detox, and a wide range of essential vitamins and minerals. We take Omega 3 from the same company as well.
I really can’t wait until Chava Vital Chocolate arrives. With it’s amazing antioxidant properties, I suspect I will just be munching two or three pieces of chocolate a day plus the Essential Daily Nutrients. Yummy!
Toxic Free Water Is Essential
We use a wellness filter for all our drinking water to keep the nasties out of our water. Recent research suggests that around 2 liters a day is optimal for good health. Too much water can reduce sodium levels.
I will do a detox cleanse every few months. I use either Herbal Fiberblend or the WaiFit 7 day cleanse which really cleans out your system! I recommend this at least twice a year.
I haven’t taken any medications in years, and I feel great and energized to undertake new projects. I know there are many products and ideas out there for good health, and from my research, what I take is amongst the best possible to support vital health.
