Headaches Caused By Stress

One of the most common factors that trigger a headache is stress. Stress is even more responsible to cause a headache in people who be afflicted by migraine. The body releases certain chemicals as a response to deal with stress, these chemicals in turn stroke the blood vessels which afterwards ends up in migraine.
Tension type headaches, too basically are caused as a consequence of stress. Tension type headaches can be broadly categorized into chronic and episodic. Episodic type headaches are marked by limited headaches that primarily are caused due to a stressed event. However, people who deal with an everyday stressful life may have chronic type headache.

* Learn the art of resource management. Start recording your activities and divide your time appropriately between numerous jobs.
* Give yourself a break. It is good to give yourself a break each now and then. This helps you relax and find a solution to your problems.
* Start exercising everyday.Exercising releases endorphins in your body and helps combat a headache.
* Eat a sensible diet. Give away the junk food and choose nutritious and well balanced diet. Eat fresh fruits, plants and other sensible food.
* Go on vacation :take five from your daily routine and head out for a holiday or a weekend getaway. Time off will help you regain your perspective and calm you down adequately.
* Giggle :Humor is an acceptable approach to easing stress. Laughter releases the chemical endorphin into the brain which keeps your mood positive.
